Evaluation conditions

This review was conducted after acclimatisation for at least 15 minutes in a controlled environment (22°C ±3°C / 55% ±5% humidity).

Assessment combines sensory experience with interpretation based on ingredient characteristics and formulation design.

The finish left a subtle moisturised feel without feeling heavy.

A slight feeling of tightness was occasionally noticed around the eye area, although it was not significant enough to be bothersome.

Foam

Using the manufacturer's recommended three pumps produces a dense, fine-textured foam with excellent elasticity.

👉 The foam spread smoothly across the face and remained resilient even when gently massaged in circular motions, creating an impressive cushioning effect.

As cleansing continued, the foam became even denser, developing into a richer, creamier lather.

The weight dispensed per pump was approximately 1.0 g, which is relatively generous compared with many foaming cleansers.*

During cleansing

The foam rinsed away relatively quickly.

Once thoroughly rinsed, it left a gentle soap-derived squeaky-clean sensation while still allowing the skin surface to feel smooth and slightly slippery, making it easy to judge when rinsing was complete.

Why the foam feels so dense

The cleansing system combines:

・A non-ionic surfactant (PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate)

・Soap (Lauric Acid, Myristic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Potassium Hydroxide)

・An amphoteric surfactant (Lauryl Hydroxysultaine)

👉 By combining a non-ionic surfactant selected to help optimise foam quality with soap-based cleansing agents, the formulation appears designed to create a fine, resilient lather with excellent cushioning.

During use, the foam remained stable and maintained its cushion-like texture throughout cleansing.
